During the whole system of CCR line, Our company designs and manufactures shaft furnace,shaft furnace charging device,launder for transmitting molten metal,variable capacity rotate holding furnace and electrical control system of furnace.

We have owned abundant experience of designing and manufacturing 5 sets furnace, which outputs is 12tons/hour, 8tons/hour, 48tons/hour separately , being equipped with Italian CCR line(8tons/hour), American SCR Line(48tons/hour), Copper tube casting blank extrusion production line(14tons/hour), each of these equipments are running smoothly at present.
High production capacity:
The production capacity of its system can reach 12-16 tons/hour, with its characteristic of easy to startup, continuous running at a long time, copper fluids oxygen content stable and easy for control.
Feeding:
The choices of feeding are very flexible which basic feeding are electrorefining cathode copper. The shaft furnace in our company can adopts cathode copper plates usually produced by permanent cathode kind of plate method or solvent extraction electrode. Moreover, the furnace can accept high quality molten scrap copper which utilization achieves 20% (used to produce copper tube and board type casting blank). In order to the copper rod can be used in the processing of filament and electromagnetic wire, we suggest the quality of copper cathode shall reach the standard of LME Grade A.
Charging System:
Tip wagon charging system in our company adopts superior designing concepts, which have used more than 5 years in our shaft furnace. The system are widely applying to the shaft furnace to continuous cast and roll rods and wires and other casting system.

Melting furnace system:
The melting furnace adopts a premix combustion system, it guarantees all air and fuel are fully mixed up before entering into combustion zone, providing more stable flame and more sufficient combustion (i.e. lower CO).

Holding furnace system:
Holding furnace is a set of capacity variable drum type copper fluids reservoir, which is to provide constant copper fluids to casting machine. Automatic sampling and air/fuel ratio control can make better manage the contents between oxygen and hydrogen in copper fluids.

Launder And Drossing Trough:
We design a kind of launder system with top cover, transmitting molten metal between melting furnace, holding furnace and casting machine. The launder with top cover not only can save gas but also reduces noise and extend using lifetime of refractory material, and shield copper fluids from unnecessary oxidation. Each combustion zone of launder system adopts automatic air/gas ratio control. Drossing trough can remove slags more effectively.
