Product Description

High pressure extraction melt pump. Due to the wide inlet design of this pump, it is often used on polymer reactors or hoppers, vessels, where high pressure is required to transfer the thick molten polymers downstream to an extruder. A heat jacket (for thermal oil vapor or steam) is integrated into the pump design.

Suction side: material enters pump from vacuum or under intake pressure up to 10Mpa. Discharge pressure of up to 40Mpa. Capacities of 5 cc/rev to 2500 cc/rev are available.
