They are manufactured by laminating Aluminium foil, two ply of polyester film over a spring steel wire helix to give excellent strength and flexibility. They are manufactured both pre insulated and non insulated forms. Sizes ranging from 3 inches to 20 inches in Diamenter and at pitch 32mm.
EL Flexible Duct unlike other ducts that only have a foil wrap over the fiberglass, pre insulated EL Duct comprise of two concentric Helical Duct that houses the fiberglass wool between them, making it a superior and sturdier product. EL Flexible Duct are strong, durable and fire-resistant with a flexibility of being compressed to 10% of its extended length.
