Specifications: HD LC EP-2 MT grease is a premium, state-of-the-art lithium complex grease. This multipurpose, heavy-duty lithium complex grease has a high dropping point in excess of 260C (500F), which ensures good retention where high temperatures are encountered.

HD LC EP-2 MT has been formulated with a special additive of polymer and Molybdenum Disulfide package which ensures high film strength, extreme pressure (EP) and anti-wear properties.

Its high viscosity, high quality virgin base fluids provides excellent natural film strength, as well as outstanding water resistance, water spray-off and wet roll stability required in steel mill, cement plants and quarry applications. ADVANTAGES: (1) Lithium Complex grease has higher temperature stability and dropping point than simple Lithium greases.

(2) HD LC EP-2 MT comes with extreme pressure additives (EP) to withstand high temperatures and excessive loading. (3) It is packed with rust preventives and anti-oxidants (RO) for extra stability for both under storage and extreme service conditions. (4) HD LC EP-2 MT has high film strength, tacky that ensures good adhesion properties to metals.

(5) Good resistance to water washout. (6) High quality virgin base oil provides excellent natural oxidation inhibition for storage and high temperature application. (7) Heavy base oil (410- 510cSt) for high temperature load carrying applications. (8) Good mobility for easy pumpability, even for distanced auto-lubrication system.

APPLICATIONS: (1) Use CHEMTOOL HD LC EP-2 MT on high temperature, relative medium-to-low speed and where presence of water plus excellent good adhesion on bearings is a concern. (2) Multi-purpose, heavy-duty grease for lubricating bearings and joints in heavy industrial machineries.
