Thirteen varieties of Type DF with the flow rate from 60 to 400m3/h and five varieties of type DF with the flow rate from 120 to 250 m3/h are convenient for customers to make the most economical selection.Investment castings and polishing process are adopted to produce stainless steel impeller and guide vane, so the efficiency of pump is guaranteed and abrasion resistance also increased.
The pumps keep high-efficiency running for a long term because of the following reasons: The rotor has enough rigidity; Strict dynamic balance; Excellent material combination and surface treatment technology suitable for different corrosive media; Investment casting impeller and guide vane have good geometrical accuracy so as to reduce the hydraulic pulsation which comes into being at high-speed running, consequently, the running stability and the vibration of pump are improved greatly.
Type DF is the same as type DF in service conditions except that DF is suitable for frequent pump startup
