2.Application
MG450 Type Gantry Crane is used for hoisting, shifting and loading of concrete box beams at casting yard, it can realize running on longitudinal and transverse track by 90°steering of cart running mechanism, to meet the requirement of hoisting and carrying all concrete box beams at casting yard.

4.Characteristics
1)One rigid leg and one flexible leg are used, and this improves dependability of running mechanism and stability of overall structure.
2)The structure of ball pivot + balance beam is used in running wheel unit to ensure even wheel pressure.
3)Plane three points design is used in special lifting gear, to ensure concrete box beam not bearing moment of torque.
4)Converter technique is used at running and hoisting mechanism, and this realized stable start and brake. The complete machine use PLC control technology, it is safe and reliable.
