Low-E glass adopt magnetron sputtering method to coat multi layer metal, compound and medium film on the surface of high quality float glass substrate. It can prevent radiation of heat from entering indoor and reflect heat of indoor, so that it can reduce the quantity of transmission radiation, possess advantage compare with other economy energy source glass.

This production line is composed by washing system,exhaust system,coating system,detection system and control system.Main feature: 1.adopts rotary twin target IF sputtering technology, increase the deposition efficiency of medium film and control the film thickness, uniformity and functionality are insured as well.

2. adopts the PEM closed loop control system, make sure the coating is in the metal sputtering transmission zone,increase the deposition efficiency of medium film are insured as well. 3.Adopt multi-grade vacuum valve to insulate high vacuum and low vacuum zone in vacuum room.

According to different target divide sputtering zone into strong insulation and weak insulation with gas. Ensure stability of vacuum degree and purity of technics gas in sputtering zone.

4.Adopts AB company series PLC control, connect sputtering power supply, transducer and other subassembly with system can gather all the parameter of line and operate manual or automatic.

5. adopots on-line optical detection system,collect the substrate transmission ,reflection spectrum data and curves compared with the standard data,to control the sputtering process effectively
