Lidocaine hydrochloride is an amide local anesthetic. Absorbed into the blood or intravenous administration, the apparent excitatory and inhibitory biphasic effect on the central nervous system, and can be a pioneer excitement, lower plasma concentrations of analgesia and drowsiness, pain threshold; dose plus effects or toxicity enhanced Asian poisoning blood concentration, the anticonvulsant effect.
