1. Product: LNG 2. Quantity:1,000,000mt. Per month, for a period of 12 months contract +/- 10%. Total quantity 1,000,000mt. X 12 months equaling 12,000,000mt. +/- 10%. 3. Origin: Qatar 4. Specifications: See as per Annex -A 5. Delivery: Shipments will be for a period of 12 months,1,000,000mtper month.

First shipmentwill be within60 to 70 days trom the date of acceptance of the workable 100%sight confirmed DocumentaryLetter of Credit (DLC) trom the Buyer\'\'s Bank that will remain revolvingto the end of the Contract period of 12 months having a validity of 15 months (the whole Revolving Letter of Credit) RLC.

From the date of issuanceof the first LlC, shipments Thereafterwill be within 30 to 35 days until the completionof the entire order is fulfilled. 6. Destination Port: Either in one single shipload material will be dispatched. Subject to discharge port\'\'s handling capacity and discharge rate per WWD.

Partial shipmentswill be provided by two or three shiploadsto cover entire 1,000,000mtsupplyper monthinto 12monthcontract. 7. Fixed Price: USD 420 CIF, ASWP for the total quantity of 12,000,000mt. Price will be re-examined every 3 months throughout the 12 month contract term (period). 8.

Payment Terms: Paymentshall be madeby the Buyer to the Seller in the currency of US Dollarsby way of a transferableDLC,100%value of monthly shipmentsof 1,000,000mt+/10%.

Paymentwill be madeby confirmed/endorsed, transferable, irrevocable, divisible, assignable, revolvingLetter of Creditfor the total contractedperiod from any 50top worldprime bankspayableat Seller\'\'s Bankcounter. The validityof DLCwill remainfor a period of 15months fromthe date of confirmation of saidDLCas stated herein.
