LED electric heating drying oven

1. The housing is shaped through bending the cold-rolled sheet. After the surface treatment of high temperature powder coating & baking varnish, the housing becomes antirust and resistant to corrosion.

2. Trays of the shelf are produced through soldering square steel tubes and every shelf can be taken out separately. At the bottom of the oven, there are four universal wheels with brakes and four positioning feet, which can adjust the height of the oven from the floor.

2.temperature stability:±0.5℃(using Intelligent temperature controller)

3.temperature uniformity:±2℃(at least 6 detections)

heating up time:20min for 200℃

power consumption:3- 6KW

4. circuit control: power on→working→setting temperature→reach the temperature→constant temperature timing→give an alarm

5. electric heat pipe adopts stainless steel with heat sink.

The inner container is made of stainless steel with heat resisting silicate cotton inside and built-in cycle air-delivering duct. The blowing rate can reach 2000/h and recycle over 7500times/h to make the temperature more uniform
