4.5.4 Entering a Comment

After the printing pressure teaching is complete, the results are saved and the data of the squeegees that have undergone the printing pressure teaching are registered in .(

At this time, enter a comment to distinguish the data.

A) Registering new squeegee data Product name : MP GREASE 2S Manufacture’s name

This is the case where the printing pressure teaching results have not been saved because the squeegees to be used underwent the first printing pressure teaching.

B) Updating the squeegee data (the printing pressure teaching results) This is the case where the printing pressure teaching was carried out again or where such squeegees as are the same in type and length but different in materials underwent the printing pressure teaching.

1. Decide whether to register new data or to update the existing data.

To register new data (When [Yes] is pressed): A) New squeegee data registration screen is displayed.

To update the existing data (When [No] is pressed): The following screen is displayed.

4.6 Batch Teaching

4.6.1 About Batch Teaching

The board recognition teaching and the mask recognition are carried out collectively. The recognition mark is automatically searched for, and the one with the highest match is regarded as the mark, based on which the print position is calculated. When the batch teaching is used, the board recognition teaching and the mask recognition teaching are not required.

NOTICE To use the batch teaching, it is necessary to use a mask that has an etched aperture as the mask recognition mark at the position corresponding to the board recognition mark. (Using a half-etched recognition mark may make it more difficult for it to be precisely aligned.)

4.6.2 Batch Teaching Flow

4.6.3 Teaching Procedure

1. Press

+ [Package teach].

. This step uses the screen of SP80V for description.

. Board recognition teaching and mask recognition teaching are carried out automatically.

. When the batch teaching is complete successfully, go to step 2. If a recognition error occurred, go to step 3.

2. Check the print position. If there is no dislocation, press [Yes].

. Board recognition data, mask recognition data, and print position data are saved; then, the screen returns to the screen.

. If there is a print-position dislocation or if using the registered data, press [No].
