PAYMENT TERMS: By Irrevocable,Transferable, Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit (RDLC) at sight from a Top World Bank (AA+) acceptable by the seller in US Dollars,transmitted via SWIFT.
PB(GUARANTEE):The seller will issue a two percent (2%) Performance Bond (PB) ofone
Monthly Lot delivery in favor of the Buyer as perthe terms
of the contract. The Performance Bond will beissued based on
INCOTERM ICC 500.
INSPECTION: SGS or equivalent at port of loading or delivery.
