Iron Ore Dry Magnetic Separation line

At present, Iron ore dry magnetic separation is widely used in mineral beneficiation industry, and it has the advantage of simple process, high efficiency and energy saving, large capacity,low cost etc. It provides a more effective solution for the arid region iron ore beneficiation.

Iron ore dry beneficiation process is mainly as follows: coarse crushing --> fine crushing --> screening -->dry magnetic separating -->concentrate.

Iron ore crushing stage: First, the raw iron ores are feeded into the Jaw Crusher make coarse crushing, and then feeded into the Fine Crusher or the Cone Crusher make fine crushing, after screening, the 5-30mm size iron ore particles are feeded into the Dry Magnetic Separator directly. Save the ball mill grinding and wet magnetic separating stage, reduce more energy consumption.
