Industrial Chiller (Air Cooling)

ZCL-xxF Series lndustrial Water Cooling Machine can be installed easily and it is unnecessary to be used with cooling tower. There are various specifications of machines available and cooling range varies from 7250 to 245000 kilocalories (3HP-100HP). The unit is designed with multiple safety protections to ensure safe operation.

Main machine use fire-new scroll compressor of famous barnd imported from America and Japan,equipped with safety protection,low noise,energy-saving and durable. Electric control part use famous brand LG original binding products which can search failure automatically and display it on the screen at the same time to ensure the machine operate steadily. Evaportor adopt high-efficiency U type screw tube,with pump inside,clean and maintenance easily and quickly. Condenser is consistant by fin type aluminum foil and high-effciency screw tube, with rational design and in good heat exchange effect. This unit taken electrostatic plastic spraying shell,Europeanize design in elegant appearance,it can saving room space. Only need to connect the pipe with source of water and electricity when installation. Low running maintenance charge Air cooling assistant water cooling,when this machine is operated

Under high temperature,we can use air cooling together with water cooling to win the best effect of heat abstraction .
Equipped with energy-saving device inside, can save the energy by more 20% than other like unit aggregate running with several compressor, have widely adjust range for cooling capacity.
Scroll compressor operate reliable and need less maintanance unit has two cooling loops, even if one of them is damaged, the other one also can run normally. It can reduce the impact of halt caused by failure greatly(machine smaller than ZCL-12F only have single loop).
