Product Description
Specifications: Canon XL h1 is a hd/SD camcorder, with interchangeable lenses,3ccd matrix and hdsdi output with uncompressed 4:2:2 hd video. The last feature is very interesting, because it allows you to capture this video at the best quality.
Bitrate is going to be something like 1.4gbit/S, so probably it will require some mobile raid array for terabyte or two; as also dsp compressor for losseless decreasing of data amount. All the controls are largley the same as the xl-2. The standard 20 x lens has been redesigned but the focuz and zoom are still electronic servos rather than directly cntrolled.
A little better than the previous models in low light performance improving depth of field.
