Indonesia Antique Boomerang

Specifications: This is a great antique boomerang. My estimate, based on the patina of the wood, condition etc, is that it is around 100 years old. but please take a good look at the photos and make up your own mind about this. The boomerang measures approx 29 inches (740mm) long.

It has been carved out of a naturally curved, single peice of timber and has a grip for holding and throwing carved into one end. It is in good condition apart from some scuffing at the outside of the elbow.

This great old boomerang came to me through a deceased estate clearence sale in Norfolk UK where there were many other ethnic and taxidermy items, and has obviously been displayed with the rest of the familys\'\' collection for a good many years. This is not a modern souvinir tourist peice
