Upon receipt of ncnda signed by buyer and their mandates (only those who have signed in ncnda will be eligible for commission in mfpa) and the qty, price and commisison being agreed upon, we will issue fco. Buyer should then submit icpo with bank info and soft probe authorisation, along with refinery particulars, in case of crude oil.
