India Employee Attendance System

Specifications: Our RFID based Attendance Monitoring System is a compact unit to monitor the employees attendance through proximity access ID cards (RFID - Radio Frequency Identification). The cards are supplied with the unit. They serve dual purpose, for both identification and for time entry.

This card can be designed to hold all employee details including Name of the Company and Address, Hologram, Employee name, ID number, Photo Images, position, Department, Qualification, DOJ, and more. The unit is installed on the wall and it is connected to the supervisors PC. Attendance monitoring is very simple.

This System assigns a unique card number for each employee. An employee places the RFID card within 5cm distance from the RFID Reader. The RFID Reader writes down the time, date and type of departure/arrival. The type of arrival/departure is indicated on the LCD display. The display also indicates the current time.

One RFID Reader can hold up to 3,500 event records. There is NO limit to the number of employees. As many as 20 readers can be networked by straight line topology and can be interfaced with one PC through the serial port. The Interface software is responsible for attendance record processing and it produces attendance reports in the customer preferred format.

Attendance processing (Interface) software can also be integrated with the payroll software for salary calculation and employee tracking. Manual entry is also possible.
