Pipe bending machine structure and working principle

1.The consists of the following components: hydraulic pump, the total console, motor , medium frequency power, capacitor cabinets, water cable, electric choke. Customers should adjust induction coils and steel chuck according to the products you need.

2.Working principle: Put the raw material pipe on the with a clamping roller clamp, put medium frequency induction heating coil in front of parts of raw steel, steel front clip with steel plate clamp, and fixed on the bend radius on the arm. Activate the cooling water pump, start medium frequency power, make the raw material tube local heating, start bending machine hydraulic system, then the raw material tube can slowly move forward and start bending.

3.Medium frequency heating system, medium frequency induction heating coils, capacitors, water cable, reactors and other components need circulating water cooling.
