Hopper wall vibrator

Due to the periodical vibration of the anti-blocking device, contact between the materials and the hopper wall could be prevent the friction produced on the one hand.

ZBF series hopper wall vibrator is small in size, light in weight, high in efficiency and energy conservation as well as convenient in installation. Structure of ZBF series hopper wall vibrator is showed in the diagram. The vibrator is made up by vibrating motor (1) and vibrating motor (2). Vibrating motor and the base are tightly fixed together with bolts.

Because the base is firmly installed at the hopper wall, a single-particle orientation forced vibrating system is thus formed.
