Product Description

We are manufacturing, exporting and supplying Hign Speed CNC Pipe End Beveling Machine from Nanjing, Jiangsu, China to our clients. This is applicable to bevel and face the pipe end with Elevating Conveyors for Centering, suitable for various materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, etc.

It can process single V, double V, J, U type bevels and realizes two pipe ends beveled by elevating & turning-round carriage, which can turn in 180 degree in 30 seconds to bevel and face another pipe end.

It has features as following: 1) Five models available( 16”type, 24”type, 32” type, 48” type,60” type); 2) Process different types bevels, such as single V, double V, U, J type bevel; 3) With automatic self-centering chuck; 4) With hydraulic elevating and turning device for both ends efficient beveling; 5) High speed beveling: for example, it only takes 2.5 minutes to get a 37.5 degree bevel for a S.S pipe end (diameter: 610mm, thickness: 25mm).
