High purity silica sand is processed from the quality silica stone,for its high content of SiO2 and low impurity, it can be used as material for producing optical glass, refractory, metallurgy, ceramic, foundry abrasives and water treatment ,also can be used as the suitable for silicon metal and ferro silicon industries or to synthesize high light alloy etc.

High purity grade: SiO2:99.60%min-99.98%min ; Fe2O3 :1-35ppm Max.; size:2-200 mesh

Refined grade: SiO2 :99.50%min-99.90% min ; Fe2O3 : 50-300ppm Max.; size:2-325 mesh

General grade:SiO2 :98.00%min-99.50% min ; Fe2O3 : 400 -1200ppm Max.; size:2-400 mesh

High whiteness high purity quartz stone

High whiteness high purity quartz stone is mined from locally and mountain areas inland.

The Quartz stone with the characters of high whitness, high purity, low impurity and low Electric Conductivity. The quartz lumps are moved to our factory for crushing, water washing and classifying to different grade for different usage,and then supplied to customers or reprocessed in our factory.

special grade: SiO2: 99.96%min; Fe2O3: 4ppm Max.

1st grade: SiO2: 99.90%min; Fe2O3: 40ppm Max.

2nd grade: SiO2: 99.80%min; Fe2O3: 100ppm Max.

3rd grade: SiO2: 99.60%min; Fe2O3: 300ppm Max.

Crystalline micro-silica powder

Crystalline micro-silica powder is produced from white natural silica stone through the processing of manual selection , ex-ior water dispose, fine gringing , filtrating , drying and seiving etc..The products , with high purity and white colour, which has stable physical and chemical properties and controllable particle size distribution, is widely used as material for epoxy potting compound , epoxy mould compound of electronic and electrical appliance industry. As well as engineering plastics , silicon rubber , precision ceramics , and casting , antispetic dope and painting etc.

We also can supply active silica powder of evry specification , sinking time is not less than 45 minutes.
