Working Process

1 Aggregates delivering: wheel loader-àaggregate bins-àlifting bucket-àaggregates weighing hopper-àconcrete mixer

Wheel loader delivers several aggregates (stone, sand, ect) to PLD aggregate bunker. After matching all sorts of aggregates, the lifting bucket delivers well-matched aggregates to concrete mixer.

2 Cement delivering: cement truck-cement silo-screw conveyor-cement weighing tank-concrete mixer

Bulk cement is delivered to cement silo by cement truck. Then through screw conveyor, cement is transported to concrete mixer after being weighed.

3 Water and additive (option) delivering: source tank-pump-weighing tank-concrete mixer

Water and additive (option) are delivered to weighing tank by pump. After being weighed, they come to concrete mixer.

4 Materials mixing: concrete mixer-ready concrete

Concrete mixer begins to work when the cement and water enter in the mixer first. Next, after mixing cement well, the mixer starts to mix aggregates and cement. This design of twice charging can guarantee long service life of mixer.

5 Concrete delivering: discharging gate of concrete mixer-transport tool (e.g. mixer truck)-concrete pump or material hoist-designated floor of high building

Well-mixed concrete flows to mixer truck from discharging gate. When arriving at work site, the truck delivers concrete to concrete pump or material hoist. Then they will lift concrete to designated floor of building.

6 Control system: controlling all steps of working process

There are 2 options for your choice, Standard Control System and Advanced Automatic Control System.
