*Origin : Dubai,United Arab Emirates (UAE).

*Quantity : minimum order 30,000/MT x 12 months with possible rollovers.

*Delivery : CIF Malaysian Port or Singapore Port ONLY (NO FOB/SPOT/OPL).

*Inspection : By SGS , CCIC or any similar International Certified Company.

*Price : Follow MOPS SINGAPORE current market price ( to be review every week ).

*Term & Payment : By Irrevocable , Transferable One ,Divisible ,Confirmed LC to be advised via SWIFT ( 25 TOP WORLD PRIME BANK RECOMMENDED ).

*Shipment Date : Shipment will start accordingly based on the agreed schedule.

*Other Terms & Conditions : Will be stated in the Sales and Purchase Agreement.

*Commissions : US$ 10 will be divided equally among seller side and buyer side.
US$ 5 Seller side and US$ 5 Buyer side.



2) HIGH SPEED DIESEL HSD RUSSIAN D2 (0.5 SULPHUR)


*Origin : Russian Federation.

*Quantity : minimum order 30,000/MT(or more) SPOT deal with possible rollovers.

*Delivery : Ship to Ship transfer ( OPL 104 ).

*Inspection : By SGS , CCIC or any similar International Certified Company.

*Price : Follow MOPS SINGAPORE current market price ( to be review every week ).

*Term & Payment : By Irrevocable , Transferable One ,Divisible ,Confirmed LC to be advised via SWIFT ( 25 TOP WORLD PRIME BANK RECOMMENDED ).

*Shipment Date : Shipment will start accordingly based on the agreed schedule.

*Quantity : minimum order 10,000/MT x 12 months (or more) @ SPOT deal with possible rollovers.

*Delivery : FOB BUKOM,Singapore Port @ Ship to Ship transfer ( OPL 104 ).

*Inspection : By SGS , CCIC or any similar International Certified Company.

*Price : Follow MOPS SINGAPORE current market price ( to be review every week ).

*Term & Payment : By Irrevocable , Transferable One ,Divisible ,Confirmed LC to be advised via SWIFT ( 25 TOP WORLD PRIME BANK RECOMMENDED ).

*Shipment Date : Shipment will start accordingly based on the agreed schedule.

*Other Terms & Conditions : Will be stated in the Sales and Purchase Agreement.

SUMMARY OF PROCEDURES

1. Seller sends Full Corporate Offer (FCO).

2. Buyer sends Irrevocable Purchase Offer (ICPO) + Bank Coordinate (BCL) + NCNDA/IMFPA Parties.

3. Seller complete their data in the Sales And Purchase Agreement (S&PA) and return to Buyer.

4. Buyer complete their data in the (S&PA), sign/seal before the Notary Public and together with the IMFPA/NCNDA, Bank data of commission holders duly completed and return to Seller.

5. Seller sign/seal (S&PA) before the Notary Public and the signed IMFPA/NCNDA and return to Buyer.

6. Both parties present the (S&PA) to their respective banks.

7. Banking Procedures are followed according to the (S&PA).

8. After receiving the Pre-advice of the DLC from Buyer’s bank, Seller will present the IMFPA/NCNDA to their Bank for endorsement.

9. All intermediaries as per in the IMFPA/NCNDA are paid after Seller received full payment.

10. End of First Shipment

11. The next and subsequent shipments will be repeated as per the Bank Procedures.

12. End of Contract.

**To End Buyer’s : These Procedures are non-negotiable and must be given in the BUYER’S ICPO as Conformation of Accepting the Seller’s terms and Procedures,otherwise seller will not issue the FCO or DRAFT CONTRACT
