1.Application:

HF-S350 Non-Scratch Die Coater Hot Melt Coating Machine is specially design for producing narrow web label.the valid width for selection is 200mm and 350mm.Speed for selection is 150m/min and 300m/min.

2.Main Feature:

(1)Adopt Italy technology Non-Scratch Die Coater,Model HM-8.There are rotating bar,makes the surface of the material is very bright,without any line.It is suitable for produce film type label,such as beer label.
(2)Max.Mechanical Coating Speed 300m/min.
(3)Both Unwinder and Rewinder adopt Cantilever structure,easy operation.
(4)Total Machine is controlled by Japan Panasonic servo motor,high precision controlling.
(5)Coating accuracy:+ -1g/square meter.

(12). Specification of the glue melting tank and its extruding amount:
the glue melting box adapts Al-alloys to casting and forming, upper and lower 2 layers structure;The inner wall has coated with a layer of Teflon for preventing of sticky. Maximum extrudingamount is 100kg/h and the heating power is 12kw.
(13). Driving motor: Panasonic or Huichuan servo motor.
(14). Servo Driver: Panasonic ( alternative is Huichuan.)
(15). Paper core roller: Unwinding adopts of 3”air shaft.
