Inside Filling: Honey comb paper

Rail & Stile: MDF or Finger joint pine/fir wood

Lock block: 200 * 75 mm on both sides

Architrave: 60 x 10mm MDF + 0.6mm white primer

Stopper: 30 x 10mm MDF + 0.6mm white primer

Main Board: 3mm HDF+18mm composite wood + 3mm HDF

2.Material Technique

A)Moisture: 5-10%

B)Water Absorption Rate: <28%

C)Length Tolerance: <2mm

D)Width Tolerance: <2mm

E)Thickness Tolerance: <0.2mm

F)Modulus of Elasticity: >40Mpa

3.Size:

Door leaf:

Height: no more than 2140mm

Width: from 600-900mm

Thickness: 30mm/35mm/45mm

Door Frame: could suit for 100mm to 200mm wall thickness, other size available according to requirement

4.Surface:

Unfinished: sanded then with white primer lacquer

Finished: sanded then with white primer lacquer and colorful PU lacquer like white, green, black and so on

5.other details:

Producing: normally within 25 days. But during peak season, it is about 35 days

6.Loading:

Loading: about 1000 pcs/40'ft or 500 sets/40'ft

Packing: packed in cartons, then on pallets

Payment: T/T, 50% deposit and balance be paid before delivery
