(3) Seller confirms with Buyers Banker and BCL is to prove its effectiveness. (4) Seller issues Full Confirmation Offer FCO and respond to Buyers questions with regard to LOI.

(5) Buyer signs and seals on the FCO and returns to Seller. (6) Seller issues Draft Contract. (7) Draft contract for amendment, sign & seal. (8) Contract and FPA for signatures & seals. The agent signs on IMPA. (9) Buyer issues Pre-advise L/C. (10) Seller provides POP Via Bank to Buyer (11) Seller provides 2% PB. (12) 2% PB activates L/C.
