Tanses Technologies Inc. is one of the original manufactures of UVC Germ Control Units with over 7 years of experience. Our Germ Control Units can be used in VHAC ducts, Medical establishments, Dental clinics, Research labs, can help fight sick building syndrome and help eliminate unwanted odors.

Our Germ Control UVC air disinfection modules are equipped with 100% quartz linear lamps and protective one-end domed 15 inch quartz jackets, which slides into a power box. The power box houses a ballast, an hour counter for lamp replacement schedule, an on/off switch and a pilot hole to see if the lamp is operating.

Power consumption is 15 watts or 2.5 cents/ day. The lamp intensity is 9000 micro watts/square cm and has a usable life span of 10, 000 hours or can run continuously for 1 full year. Voltage input is 120 volts 60 hz or it can be supplied with 220 volts 50 hz for overseas applications.

There are no changes in the chemical composition of the air, no residue produced or odor. All lamps are ozone free. The unit can easy be install in under 10 minutes in any ventilation systems The quartz jacket is of telescoping type of 2 inch in order to facilitate the installation of varying depth of duct sizes.

The modules can be installed side by side for lager applications and to improve effectiveness. The Units are made in Canada and are CSA certified and NAFTA listed.
