We can either simulate assembly and apply forces in software environments to give statistical data, or have a physical sample CNC machined for you to test and adjust the design in your own applications.---Surface Coating---Available surface coatings for ordinary jobs are:- Galvanized,- Colour Galvanized,- Powder Coating,- Galvanized with Powder Coating on Top,- Paint Spray,- Chrome Plating,- Etc.Pantone codes or RGB/CYMK values will be given or confirmed to avoid surprises as we often found colours are hard to express with words and even computer monitors show differences on a same picture file.Special surface coating requests can also be discussed as we do maintain a wide range of contacts with our coordinating your drawings in and we'll take care of the rest.
