Footwear Patterning & Grading System

1. Pattern input: Scan the sample patterns once and the computer will convert the scanned sample pattern cutting into pattern lines by controlling one key.

2. Design: Simple half-plane designing interface is available for free extraction of shoe parts, automatic embroidering, variable embroidering, free matrix arrangement, group sharing definition and standard mock nesting of patterns

3. Grading: It only takes more than ten seconds to graphics and wave lines, view, call and measurement of graphics.

4. Design Edition: All kinds of special graphics and wave lines editing tools, viewing tools, graphic calling tools and measuring tools are available for use

5. Size Selection: The user can make free choose from the defaulted grading rules and parameters from six different countries, and can also define the parameters for special grading requirements.

6. Pattern Output: The software can conduct auto-nesting of target patterns after grading, and memorize the directories of the patterns having been cut so as to save materials.

7. Dot Layout: Auto-control of perforations layout in the front and rear of moccasin shoes according to different requirements, and the amount of perforations can be set at random during grading process.

8. Design of Half-plane Pattern: When the designer wants to create a new style, all he need to do is call out the half-plane pattern from the computer and design on it with curves, arc line, round arcs and graphics by use of the mouse. When a certain arc line is defined as the central line for making pitch, you can achieve it with an instruction. Therefore designer can rapidly complete the pattern design by converting his creative idea into sample patterns and exporting it to the machine for cutting.

9. Segmental Sharing: During the grading process of shoelace, midsole and boots, in order to meet the requirements of controlling the specification of buckles or heels, the software can complete operation with two steps and achiever the transition by controlling the self-defining value of width or height of shoelace or boots.

10. Group Grading: During grading process of sports shoes and leisure shoes, the designer can define a certain pattern as sharing pattern for several sizes so as to cut blade mold expenses and simplify the production process. Once a certain pattern is defined as sharing pattern, the other relevant pattern is automatically linked to it for grading.

11. Sole and Mold design: After you import the midsole pattern, you can complete the design of all kinds of extended soles through embroidering, viable embroidering, drawing and sharing process, on the basis of the midsole pattern to generate the various extended soles conveniently.
