Fine Rubber Powder

The technology to be utilized by ABB instead transform the rubber from a highly inert filler material to the reactive one that can fully bond with other materials.

It will be delivered not only huge increase in rubber particles' surface area relative to size, and that allow for a much more intimate mixing with other materials, but also strong and stable chemical bonds.

Our fine powder replaces large amounts of rubber compound and additionally decreases the price of the end-product.Addition of fine rubber powder did not cause any changes in the properties such as abrasion resistance, elongation at break, tensile strength, dynamic fatigue resistance , modulus, tear strength and rheological properties of rubber compounds.

Thanks to the great activity of our fine powder, this mix does not cause any difficulties, and represents a new direction for the rubber industry.Recycling of waste from rubber industry, allows 100% return into their to rubber compounds.
