Final Random Inspection

Our QC conducts final random inspection when production finishes and at least 80% of products are packed and ready for shipment. Samples are selected at random from finished goods (according to AQL tables) and checked against your specifications and accordingly to ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, MIL-STD-105E, BS6001, DIN40080, ISO2859 or NFX06-022.

Our main check points are as below:

-Quantity check

-Style, color and material check

-Workmanship check

-Functionality check

-Size measurement & weight check

-Labeling & logos check

-Packaging & packing (including the shipping marks)

-Any other special requirements you may have

Performing a final random inspection will help you to:
