Film Blowing Machine Unit

Use and Characteristics:
This unit, a three-layer co-extruding film blowing machine unit for polyolefin of heat drink film (POF), is independently developed at the basis of foreign technology. It is a second forming machine unit for polyolefin of heat contra-cited film (POF). It is integrated with new technologies like three-layer co-extruding conical surface overlying die, infrared heating system, adjustable thermo-controller, infrared temperature testing system, tension controller and rotation by lower traction. It is applied to manufacturing heat contracted films like PP/PE/PP - structured POF. It is characterized by high transparency, lower temperature resistance, durability in mixing and shrinking, high shrinkage. Its high shrinkage rate can be controlled through modifying the formula and changing the technology. The heat contracted film is widely applied to packing daily foods, beverage or drinks, medicine, healthcare products, stationary, cosmetics, handicraft articles, newspaper and books, video products, electric spare parts or attachments, and toys. It is an environmental protection style packaging materials.
