FRP Side Hang Door

The frp windows and doors are adopted unsaturated polyester resin as the basic materia, medium-alkali glass fiber roving and fabric as the reinforced material , we produce hollow profile of windows and doors by pultrusion craft, then make the frames and leaves of doors windows through incision, riveting and so on, then assembles windows and doors installing rubber strips, glass, hardware and so on.

FRP windows and doors prominent merits include: 　　1st, light weight, high strength: frp section density is about 1.8, its density approximately is 1/4 of steel density, 2/3 of aluminum density, but the intensity is very big, its longitudinal strength is close to the common carbon steel, the bending strength and the modulus of flexure elasticity are 8 ~ 10 times of P V C section, thus the wind pressure resistence performance reaches the national standard GB7106 I level. 　　2nd,good airproof: frp windows and doors angle processing is adopted the stickiness and spiro in the assembly, at the same time the complete slits are sealed by rubber stips, frp section is the hollow structure, therefore the sealing property is good.

Gas tightness reaches national standard code GB 7107 GB 7106 I class, water tightness reaches GB 7108 II class. 　　3rd, heat insulation, heat preservation, energy conservation: frp thermal conductivity is low, the room temperature is: 0.3 ~0.4 K W/M.

H. ℃,is 1/100 ~ 1/1,000 of the metal , is a fine heat insulation material, additional frp is hollow structure, all the slits are sealed by rubber strips, so the heat insulation heat preservation is remarkable. The heat preservation reaches national standard code GB 8482 II class.

It is the best choice to the cold north in winter and the hot south in summer (installation air conditioning). 　　4th, size stable: the frp coefficient of thermal expansion is approximately 1/4 of PVC plastic which is filled by calcium carbonate, the temperature changes cannot affect switch of windows and doors, the stability is better than metal. 　　5th,anti-corrosive, anti-aging: frp is a excellent anti-corrosive material, it has the good resistivity to acid, alkali, salt, majority of organic matters, seawater as well as microorganism.

FRP windows and doors is stainless and decays, it is suitable for raininess moist coastal area and chemistry aging resistance of plastic sections is inferior than the thermosetting frp, the aging resistance of frp windows and doors is good, the service life is long.

The performance are stable below -40 ~ 80 ℃, the P V C service life is 15 years, it is the same with construction, -40 ~ 80 ℃, which reduces trouble of replacing windows and doors. 　　6th,decorative performance is good: the hardness of frp section is high, the surface is smooth after polishing, it is easy to paint.

It may painted all kinds of coating, the color is various, scrub resistance, fastness, the impression is comfortable.
