Product description: Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene resin is the copolymer of TFE and HFP, with goood thermal stability, outstanding chemical inertness, good electrical insulation, and low coefficient of friction, enabling thermoplastic processing methods.

Conformable with Q/0321DYS 003-2010 Technical Index: Item DS601 Appearance Translucent particle, with impurities such as metal debris and sand ,containing visible black particles percentage point less than 2% Melting Index, g/10min 0.8~2.0 Tensile Strength, ≥, Mpa 27 Elongation at break, ≥, % 320 Relative Gravity 2.14~2.17 Melting Point, ℃ 265±10 Dielectric Constant(106HZ),≤ 2.15 Dissipation Factor(106HZ), ≤ 7.0×10-4 Volatile, ≤, % 0.1 Heat Stress Cracking Resistance Crackless Main Application: The low melting index resin and heat stress cracking resistant requiring and low or medium speed processing ,mainly for heat shrinkable tubes, pumps, valves, piping and lining, wire insulation layer.

Attention: The processing temperature should not exceed 420℃, to prevent toxic gas from releasing. Packaging,Transportation and Storage: 1.Packed in double layer PVC bags ,then closed to overpack bags ,25kg. Every bag with certification. 2.Stored in clean, cool and dry places ,avoid contamination from foreign substance such as dust and moisture.
