DUSTLESS CHALK MACHINE INFORMATION

The drying facility is working with electricity or natural gas, depending on your choice. In addition, with a conveyor belt system, it makes warm air circulation.
We are producing high quality machines with high quality components.
In the complete machines 5 people are sufficient. We provide a training of 1 week here in Ankara. In addition, we are providing technical assistance for 2 years, through telephone and e-mail. You are also supplied with spare parts of the machine. Lead time is between 60 and 100 days. The capacity of the dustless chalk machine is between 10.000 – 18.000 pcs up to chalks per hour.


Our chalk manufacturing machine produces calcium carbonate based dustless chalks. The production facility consists of 6 courses. The capacity of the dustless chalk machine is between minimum 10.000 - 18000 up to chalks per hour.. Our machines are of high quality.

The courses are;
1. Raw Materials (chalk mixer) processing
2. Pressing milling ( automatic system)
3. Wet cutting (pnomatic system)
4. Pre-drying
5. Complete drying
6. Dry cutting
