Dust collector for industry use

Bag type de-dusting equipment is the best in configuration, and performance. As a sophisticated technology, it has been well used in many different fields.

Work principle: sedimentation; while small particles enter the multi-tube cooler to get another round of de-dusting and to low down the temperature to 200℃ below under water-cool treatment. And then the rest dust enters the inlet of the dust-collector, where bigger particles of dust drop down into the ash hopper under the effect of gravity and sedimentation, while the rest dust will enter the filter-bag and get dust captured on the bag surface. At last the purified air enters the upper room, and gets released through the outlet.

Integrated wet de-dusting equipments

was developed based on patents technology and actual experience of foundries.

Work principle: The fume first enters the double cyclone de-duster, where large particles get a primary sedimentation and drop down into the ash hopper. Inside the de-duster equips with showers. Here will execute the first round of shower over the fume to remove a part of dust and absorb the SO2 gas. Then the rest fume moves into the underwater container for a wash. After the wash, it moves into the de-duster body to undergo a second round of shower. At last can it be released into the atmosphere air.
