Double line allocator

VSL – KR series double line allocator have port both above and below it. Single line allocator’s plunger and double line allocator’s plunger make Forward and backward movement and they discharge the lubricating grease separately from above and below. Inside the corresponding oiling mouth above and below we have two in one discharge oil structure, if you want to change it into odd number you just screw out the bolt inside the hole. You can observer the work status of single line allocator and double line allocator from the movement of indicating arm, at the same time you can also rectify the oiling quantity by adjust the bolt within the bound.

In the mouth, to have one of the oil, must change the odd platoon structure, only the oil hole bolt twist the can. Can the action directly from the indication rod coil dispenser and observe the working condition, double splitter can also through adjusting screw in the specified scope easily adjusted to the oil of various oil.

VSL - KR series single line allocator and VSL - KR series double line allocate were applied for 400Mpa normal pressure in double line oil focus on lubricating system. The system was under the effect of two main oil supply tubes’ alternation pressure and the oil supply pressure controls the movement of plunger, thus achieve the function of assigning quantitative lubricating grease to lubricating point.
