1.Usage:This machine consists of two driving motors,two cylinders and a rotary can extrude plastic film by plasticating two different aggregates.Thus,the rigidity and uniformity of plastic film are improved.

screw and cylinder are made from 38CRMOAL.Treated with nitridation,they have high hardness and strong corrosion resistance.

rotary die-head is plated with hard chrome and well polished. With the helical-core struture,it extrudes the fused material so evenly that the smoothness of film is good.

labyrinth air-cooling set and circulating cooling water system lead to the best transparency of film.

5. The take-up equipment adopts friction or center winder. Driven by torque motor, it has strengths of smooth winding and easy operation.
