DSHY3012-I Automatic oxidation stability tester

B: Application range: DSHY3012-I Automatic oxidation stability tester of lubricating oil applies to the determination of oxidation stability of new and inuse turbine oil with same composition (basic oil and additives).

DSHY3012-I Automatic oxidation stability tester of lubricating oil can also be a fast evaluation method of oxidation stability of new mineral insulating oil that contains 2,6-Di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol（BHT）. The instrument does not applies to insulating oil containing antioxidant, whose viscosity is bigger than 12mm2/s at 40℃

C: Function Features: —8"color touch screen with beautiful interface and easy operation — Standard metal bath design is used to replace traditional oil bath, which conforms to the latest ASTM D2272-10. So there is no need for expensive silicon oil, heating smoke, transmission noise, heavy bomb and complicated cleaning after test.

The smart instrument uses table installation structure and does not need fuming cupboard. — Automatic process of heat preservation, nitrogen inflation and deflation, leak determination, test data record, real-time curve drawing of test data, inflexion determination and test ending — Calibration device of precision pressure meter is equipped for correction of system pressure at any time — Special temperature correction device is equipped to ensure the accuracy of metrological system — Patented magnetic force stirring to ensure the smooth of rotating body and no rotation deviation — Key components like motor, ele
