Gazprom: We will send to youthe Model of Letter of Order that Gazprom required (Russian and Englishlanguage) for forward the inquiry. In 7-15 days you will can receivethe answer and in 1-2 months you will be deliver the product.&nbsp

The only shipping temr is FOB PRIMORSK or BLACK SEA PORTS. Gazprom decide the target price day by day in base of the Platts and the inquiries that have in this time.

Trading Company USA: 2/4 millions/months of D2 with a range price of 535-540 USD Gross / 530-535 USD Net - FOB or CIF for 1 year of contract. Commission will be split (50/50) between the Seller (2.5 USD) and Buyer (2.5 USD).

Procedure: Buyer send the LOI with BCL - Seller send the Soft Offer - Buyer accept the Soft offer and send thee ICPO + SOFT PROBE addressed at the Seller - Seller send the FCO + ALLOCATION NUMBER (POP) - Buyer sign the FCO and send the letter of Approval - Seller send the DRAFT CONTRACT (open) - Buyer send the DRAFT with your sign and stamp adn get a POF by the primary Bank - Seller get the ORIGINAL CONTRACT for the signs - Buyer and Seller exchange the hard copy of the contract by courier within 5 days with electronic sign - Both side (Buyer and Seller) bring the contract in the respective banks - Buyer set fre the RLC - Seller set free 2% PB delivery
