Custard Powder

For making pudding: put Jingba Custard Powder 21g, milk 250g, sugar 16g, then blending 3 tablespoons of JINGBA custard powder with 3 tablespoons of milk (about 21g), after that add 1 tablespoon of sugar (about 16g) to the rest of the milk and boil the mixture. Put the mixture into boiling milk, at the same time turn off the power and fleetly mix it round.
