Application:
1. Mixing: component A and component B are mixed according to 1:1 (weight or volume) by hand or machine.
2. Debubbling: If the final product is sensitive to air, the rubber need vacuum to debubble after mixing.
3. Operating time: the viscosity will increase after a short time, and it will be twice after 30 minutes at normal temperature. But it can keep flowing during 12 hours.
4. Seal the curing agent promptly after using avoiding hydrolysis.
Package, Storage, Transportation and Attention:
1. Package: Rubber: 10kg/ Plastic pail; Vulcanizing agent: 2kg/ Iron pail.
2. Store in dry, well ventilated area, under shade, avoid rainwater and direct sun shine.
3. Storage period is 6 months. Stir uniform if its viscosity increases before using. Product exceeds shelf life may still be useful if meets specification.
4. These products are non-dangerous goods, but we must pay attention when using avoiding touching curing agent with skin and eyes. Once exposed with skin, clean immediately with detergent and water. If splash into eyes, wash them with flowing water at least 15 minutes and then consult a doctor.
5. The electrical properties should be tested in 72 hours because of the reaction mechanism.
