China (Mainland) Calabash Flask

Specifications: Jun kiln of the song dynasty: The Jun Kiln first emerged in the Northern song dynasty(960-1197), meeting its end in the Yuan dynasty(1260-1361). It make a distinctive type of celadon ware that became later known as celadon ware from northern China, which had as its center Yu county in Henan.

At the time, there were many kilns in this area, their most famous product being the very beautiful copper-red white glazed porcelain, which was baked at high temperatures. The effect of the glaze changes in myriad ways depending on the light, just like the endless transformations of the rosy clouds of dusk.
