Specifications: One of our company\'\'s significant innovation is developing a (non-steel-cast-made) container corner-fitting family which serves almost the whole variety (85percent) of ISO and euro loading standards.

Planning of ISO, uic and euro system steel containers, manufacturing and fitting parts and equipment, in the following varieties: 8 times 8times10times 40steel containers (1a - 1b -1c - 1d size 10- 45 t gross load capacity) registered and not registered version 8times 8 times20 sized office-, living, storing- and other type steel containers\'\' lightweight types 2500 times 2600 times 7150 mm vehicle body and varieties The product is going to have a homogen, rough and oilfree surface.

There\'\'s no need for subsequent machining. Our solution eliminates the disadvatanges of castings (see precedents). It forms a supporting structure which is easy to fit to the containers joining beams and which is highly durable to dynamic power impulses even at very low temperatures (to -50c).

The weight of the unit is by approx.30percent lower than the steel-casts. The cutting of the main plate (22/28 mm) is done by cnc flame- or plasma cutter while the casing elements are made with pressing technology. Flame cutting and pressing are completing/substituting technologies.

The precision of the parts is checked in every single unit, assuring a perfect contact of the different parts. The casing element and the cover plates are chopped to appropriate lines from plate sheets with cutter while its lenght and holes are made with press technology. The L or u casing element is bent afterwards according to type.

Chamfers have to be by made for the welds.
