COD pipe making machine

Introduction of develops the cod pipe production line in recent years, and it took the lead in the new product(cod pipe making machine).the production line are of high output, advanced mechanical equipment, high automaticity , easy operation, the length of its finished product can reach 1000 meters. the cod pipe extrusion line and the cod pipe have exported to many countries.

Introduction of cod pipe COD pipe called corrugated optic duct , , it is a whole which constitutes by some internal cable ducts and the outer tube, the inner tubes (3 to 6 ) bave been assemble to the outer tube through the reproduction process . the inner tube and the outer tube are (high density polyethylene) make of HDPE,so it has many advantages than the general tube which made of other plastic material. the wall of inner tubes are smooth so it is easy for construsion the resistance to pressure is several times of that of traditional tube’s so it can bear high compression of any out power., it is also good at resisting acid-base corrosion good water resistance.

It can lays down in the sea water and the wetland Good wear resistant.
