56# pier anti-collision steel jacket for Qingzhou Channel of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge was finished at Guanngzhou Wenchong Shipyard Co., Ltd on 08/05/2013.
August 11, 2013, 60 Axle lines CHINAHEAVYLIFT-Tianjie Heavy Industries Self-propelled modular transporter SPMT’s (TJ-S2.43) has roll on first set of main pier anti-collision steel jacket on barge for the bid contract CB03 of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge which got by the conference on College Composition and Communication (CCCC). ALLSTONE, a new heavy transport company in China, handles the Tianjie SPMT transport operation.
The steel jacket is a “8” shape mega steel structure with 90m length, 43m width, 8.7m height, dead weight has reach 1750tons. The total SPMT with spread load beams and cargo mass reaches 2045tons in total. 60lines SPMT has been divided into 10 individual units and groups as 3-points support system. CHINAHEAVYLIFT-Tianjie Heavy Industries SPMT’s mechanical and electronic combination functions has been multiply applied in this project and show with great flexibility and possibility. With CHINAHEAVYLIFT-Tianjie Heavy Industries TJ-S2.43 SPMT’s auto hydrostatic balance and computerized control system, each support point bears equally 34.1t gross load on each axle line. According to the TJ-S2.43 Max 40t/line load capacity, this will offers a stable and safe assurance during the roll on barge operation.
With accurate calculation and perfect equipment operation performance, the operation has been done in high benchmark with high efficiency.
Till the end of 2013, there will be around 180 Axle lines SPMT’s (TJ-S2.43) from CHINAHEAVYLIFT-Tianjie Heavy Industries (Parent company of Shanghai Fulangjie Import & Export Co., Ltd.) will serve for the HZMB project.
