Characteristics: γ-Butyrolactone (GBL) is a flammable liquid, miscible in methanol, alcohol, ethyl ether, acetone, benzene, and carbon tetrachloride. Boiling point 204℃,melting point - 43.53 ℃,flash point 98.3 ℃(open cup), relative density is 1.1253 (25/40 ℃), refractive index is 1.4348 (15℃).
