Laboratories With wide infra structure, high top technology and professionals recruited in the most renowned centers of academic excellence in the country, our laboratories do about 6300 microbiological analyses and 4000 physic chemical analyses monthly, certifying the security of procedures in all manufacturing phases. Products are sterilized.

Commercial sterilization consists of a process of combined thermal treatment which destroys all the microorganisms which are capable of growing in the food under normal conditions of warehousing and distribution, even the ones which are the most resistant ones to heat, such as the toxin of the bacillus botulinus.

Our process preserves the ready-made food in packages which are from ultimate generation and hermetically sealed, with great resistance, allowing the product to last long kept on the shelf, without the need of refrigeration.

This is in accordance with FDA and fsis and is already used in large scale in the process of manufacturing of products which we sell nowadays in Brazil, in the United States and in Europe.
