Overview BZ-Ⅱ integrated transformer test board uses a conventional electronic control technology combined with modern electronic technology, with which we can easily and quickly carry out the testing of transformers. It is the must-equipment for transformer manufacturers and electric testing departments.

Specifications According to the maximum capacity of the test product, the test board has several common specifications as 630kVA, 1600kVA, 2000kVA, 2500kV. Equipment suits for higher-capacity testing product can be produced according to customer's specific requirements.

Structure Test board was produced as a individual subject, which must be used with the regulator, frequency-tripled transformer, testing transformer, transformation ratio group division tachometer and load loss measuring instrument as a whole set.

Accuracy Transformation ratio measurement accuracy: 0.1 grade Load loss measurement accuracy: 0.5 grade Others all use a 1 grade dial instrument.

Features No-load short-circuit test using a specific tester of No-load characteristics which can measure simultaneously 18 parameters such as three-phase, voltage and current, etc. Transformation ratio group division test uses a specialized group of testers.
